2. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The return request is raised within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • The product is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice) is provided.

Important: Due to the handmade and perishable nature of our products (soaps, candles, and fragrance items), we are unable to accept returns for change of mind, incorrect fragrance preference, or personal taste.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that have been used, opened, or partially consumed.
  • Items purchased during a sale, clearance, or with a discount code (unless damaged or defective).
  • Gift cards or vouchers.
  • Custom or personalised orders.
  • Items returned without prior approval or beyond the 7-day window.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days and notify you of approval or rejection.
  3. If approved, we will provide return shipping instructions. Please do not ship items back without prior approval.
  4. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund or replacement.

5.1 Approved Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the credit in your account.

5.2 Partial Refunds

In some cases, only a partial refund may be granted — for example, if the item shows signs of use, is missing original packaging, or if only part of an order is returned.

5.3 Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item sent). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In that case, you may initiate a return upon delivery as per the conditions above.

8. Items Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged due to transit, please:

  • Take clear photographs of the damaged package and product immediately upon receipt.
  • Email us at support@lushglow.in within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include your order number and the photographs in your email.

We will assess the damage and arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
